Service Description
Barrel Plating (Zinc): Color options: Hexavalent Yellow (Gold), Trivalent Blue (Silver), Hexavalent Black (slight iridescence) $20/lb with minimum $200 per barrel/per color Rack Plating (Zinc/Nickel): Priced base on size and complexity of the item. Minimum $160 Nickel plating is electroless. This allows plating of more difficult to reach areas for plating such as interior of piping but has a rougher yet lubricious finish. Zinc options: - Color: Hexavalent Yellow (Gold), Trivalent Blue (Silver), Hexavalent Black (slight iridescence) Nickel options: - Passivation (moderate increase in corrosion protection) Turn around time for any of the above services is roughly 2 to 3 weeks from date of reception.
